RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are very concerned with your satisfaction, that's why we have established a set of clear rules. You may like to know that you have the right to exchange or return your product in cases of nonconformity, defects or if you change your mind about the purchase. But for that, it is important to note that we do not take back products that have been used. A refund will only be processed after we receive the product back and check its conditions. Make sure you are purchasing the right product, we will be available to answer any questions about it. This policy is valid for all products available in our store.
All of our clients have 7 calendar days to exchange or return a product, starting from the day they receive it. Return shipping costs of defect-free products are to be paid by the customer.
To authorize a product return, customers must inform JMBodyFit through our website's contact page as to why they wish to exchange or return it. Our attendants will analyze your request and let you know about the procedures you should follow.
The product must be sent to the right address, properly packed in its original package and show no signs of usage.
We cannot exchange or take back any product that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
DEADLINES FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the product meets the criteria for an exchange or return, JMBodyFit will send the customer a new one within 15 days, starting from the product's delivery date.
In the case of returned products, a refund will be made within 10 business days.
Exchanges or returns of defect-free products within 7 calendar days are the customer's responsibility, according to the procedure explained by the attendants at the moment of the analysis.
Exchange requests for faulty products or any damage caused during transportation are JMBodyFit 's responsibility.
